At Hi Tech Decore, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in delivering premium-quality CNC wall art, clocks, frames, and décor products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized CNC designs
  • Personalized name plates
  • Used or damaged products caused by customers
  • Clearance or sale items

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production or shipping has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
